Stage one mods
Can be done on almost any blaster. This type of modification usually involves removing a gun's air restrictor in spring guns, or converting to use 9 volt batteries in electric guns. It typically adds 10-15 feet of range, and increases rate of fire in electric guns. Two Free with purchase of any other CDG product.
Stage two mods for spring guns
Can be done on most spring blasters. This modification usually involves spring additions or replacements, and includes stage one modifications. Typically add 20-30 feet of range compared to the original gun. $5 per gun.
Stage two for electric guns
Lithium ion batteries, the same powerful batteries used in laptops and other advanced electronics, can also be used in Nerf guns! Using these batteries will increase rate of fire in all, and range in most electric guns. Depending on the gun, a different number of batteries in required, but this mod will generally cost around $20 for smaller guns and $30 for larger. Includes a li-ion battery charger.
Alternatively, we can rewire your gun to run on a ton of normal alkaline batteries. This option is usually cheaper if you use your gun less often, even given the cost of replacing batteries. Note that this will usually mean adding battery cases to the exterior of the gun. Only $10!
Stage three/Misc mods
Certain guns have other exploitable features as well. These mods vary in work and materials, so ask about anything you're interested in.
Many clip guns can be rebarreled to use brass barrels instead of plastic for more power.
Rotating turret guns can be augmented with removable homemade turrets. Extra turrets work like clips so that you can just switch turrets instead of reloading the whole thing when it's empty.
Electric pumps can be added to airguns to eliminate that troublesome pumping business.
